Weekly Dinner Menu – Week 16

weekly dinner menu with recipes
This is the last week of school before the dreaded Winter Break. Week full of Christmas concerts, rehearsals, hockey practices, baking, last minute shopping….etc.

It will be a crazy week so most of our meals for this week have to be quick and easy. They also need to be hearty and filling to keep us warm during the cold week ahead of us.

For my Weekly Dinner Menu I use my own recipes as well as my favorite recipes from Food Network and my fellow food bloggers.

My weekly menu also includes Dessert of the Week recipe that I usually make for the weekend when everyone can slow down for a bit and enjoy it.

I grew up with the Sunday dessert. My grandma used to bake a special dessert for every Sunday lunch.

My grandma used to make those English Walnut bars when I was little. Few years ago I found her recipe and try to make them as often as I can. They are so delicious.
